On June 18th, 2013 the BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaints wherein complainants allege that calls have been placed to their businesses regarding computer printer supplies then later invoices arrive for supplies that were never ordered. The invoices are often (allegedly) billed to employees who are not authorized to purchase supplies. The company responded to the BBB but did not take any steps to eliminate the basic cause of the pattern of complaints.
