Complaint Will not respond to emails or phone calls and has stolen rent money This company will not return phone calls and will not pass on the rent given t him by good tenants. He has stolen the rent money and will not return any correspondence he also never took care of any issues that he said he would and made fraudulent statements in regards to what was happening with the property.
Desired Settlement I want him to pay the rent that is due from June 2014 of 269. I have provided him with the receipt as proof from the tenants.
Complaint Fortezza fails to refund $1800.00 security deposit of present tenant of rental property since June 2013. As of June 2013 we discontinued our business relationship with Fortezza Property Management due to failure to meet promised services after previous tenants moved out and before the property was rented. Have communicated with the operations manager, ***** ******** numerous times requesting he provide us with a copy of the new lease as well as a refund of the $1800.00 security deposit which Fortezza kept (this is a change from their business practices in 2012 where the first and last and the security deposit were sent to the owner after the lease was signed and the service fee was deducted by Fortezza). I have personally communicated with ***** on a monthly basis over the last 11 months where each time I am promised immediate action and that I will receive the documents and refund before the end of the week. I am still waiting.
Desired Settlement That Fortezza Property Management immediately provide me the lease agreement for the property at ******************************* XXXXX which was leased for two years in May 2013 and refund $1,500.00 of the security deposit which deducts $300.00 for any miscellaneous services "provided" by Fortezza Property Management.

Complaint The services of ***** ******** of Fortezza Property Management have been less than satisfactory. I have been subjected to unexcusable late disbursement payments, receipt of unsigned disbursement checks, inaccessibility, and failure to respond to landlord requests in a timely manner. After serving the business with a letter of cancellation of services (a three month advance notification), Mr. ******** immediately ceased to manage the property or communicate with me, but continued to collect management fees. In addition, he has refused to forward rent checks for the past three months. I have been and continue to be ignored. Obviously, he cares nothing about his clients even though the business' advertisement mentions 'excellent customer service', 'quick owner disbursements (between the 10th and 15th of every month)', which is simply not true. Past rent disbursements have been as late as 1 month. He runs the businees totally on his own with no employee help, which explains his inaccessibility. Help is definitely needed to ensure customer satisfaction.I would definitely not recommend utilizing this company for your rental needs.
Desired Settlement I would like an order for Fortezza Property Management to forward rent disbursement of $4950 which is equal to 3 months of rent payments. Although the monthly management fee is $100, I feel that he is not entitled to this amount since he basically stopped managing the property upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
