Complaint
This company is not acceptable in it's reply to a late shipment of goods. We have been waiting several weeks, the 'expected date of arrival' changes every single time someone talks to them. Originally our goods were due to arrive on the 2nd. This was then pushed back. In a single day we were told: (possibly the 5th, 6th, 8th or 9th) all depending on the time at which we contacted them. Finally, we were told the company they were using to ship our goods 'lost a driver' and there would be further delays.At that time we were told that the next date was the 10th or the 11th. Today, we were called and told it was coming the 10th. My husband called back 5 minutes later and we were told 'no it is really the 13th'. Then I called and one associate told me possibly the 10th or possibly the 12th and that they would call me back. Another associate that spoke with me told me it might be the 13th or it might get delayed yet again and be the 14th or even later.We tried to explain to them that my husband starts class and cannot take off from work starting the 13th and after and they simply seem not to care at all for any sort of convenience on our end. It was heavily implied either we take our goods when they have them ready or we will not get them at all. I assume at this point we might not get them at all.They appear to be incapable of delivery after goods are taken and I would never want someone else to go through this. As far as I can tell they just point at the calendar and say whatever day their finger's land on. To make matters worse, they will not tell us who has our goods or give us a contact number so there would be no way in which we could pick them up ourselves even if we wanted too. For all we know they're simply lying to us about the location of our goods. It's exceptionally uncomfortable and frustrating working with people that don't seem to care or have any accountability for what they are doing.

I'd like my goods delivered before my husband starts class (11 days after the original time they were supposed to arrive). I highly doubt (highly) this will be resolved as they seem to have no real control over what is happening.
