Complaint
We ordered $571.00 worth of accessories for our son for Christmas on 12/17/13. Order # XXXXXXXX a total of three items. The last item ordered was a Chevy Silverado LED 3rd Brake light(Black) Part# 23-15111 ($35.00 before Tax). We paid for the entire order but this $35.00 part we were told was back ordered and would automatically be shipped in January. We have called 3 04 times a week and NEVER once had a person answer the phone and there is no messaging system available. I have sent countless Emails with no response. And today when I sent another email it came back as undeliverable. I would like our $35.00 back or the part.

Would like refund of $35.00 or the part sent ASAP

We have not received any emails from the customer, it could be that they sent the email to the wrong email address. We will contact the customer by phone and clear up the situation.

returned a ballast to be replaced as instructed. ( This was from an order that originated 12/2012. We mailed back 8/31/13. No one answers phone/email
We originally ordered $600.00 worth of items Dec.2012. took payment but not all of the order came in. The BBB complaint and facebook comment worked to hear from the company that will not answer phone, emails or respond to voice messages. They refunded our money for items not received. We told them that the ballast in the headlamp we had bought went out within 30 days. We were told in writing to return the ballast from the headlamp and they will replace it . We mailed the ballast back at the end of August. We have not received a replacement nor a refund. This company has NO customer service at all. We would like the ballast.

We would just like to receive the ballast for the headlamp that we bought Dec. 2012
