Firestone Tires put on my brakes backwards. Continued to have problems and went back three more times then went to Nissan and found out the problem.
I am using my sister's email because I don't have a computer at this time. You have my permission to email any information to her email listed above. I had a coupon so I went to Firestone to have my car checked regarding the brakes. I continued to have problems after they changed the brakes and I went back a total of 4 times in a 4 weeks period asking why my car was making a loud grinding noise. They said they were going to replace the brake pads and never did. They never said they turned the rotors but they never did. I have made SEVERAL calls during this time frame to the number that was given to me for complaints (XXX) XXX-XXXX/my case #XXXX-XXXXXXX-E. I was told someone would call me back on several different occasions and no one ever called me back to get this resolved. They said I would get my $217.00 back which took a month to receive. I wasn't getting anything resolved with my car issue so I decided to go to the Nissan dealership where I purchased the car and had work done on my car in the past. After they checked out my car I was told that my front brakes were put on backwards and the rotors had protective coating not removed. I was told it wasn't safe to drive my car in this condition and I had no other choice but to pay the Nissan dealership to fix the brakes which was $301.57 and that was with a discount they offered me at the time of service. The dealership called Firestone and went over all of this that same day and Firestone said they would have their corp office would be calling me back and that they had made notes in their system. No one called me back, so the next day I called them again and they said they didn't have anything in the system regarding this issue and the Nissan dealership calling them on behalf of me. I have yet to hear from Firestone about this horrible ordeal I have gone through with my car.

Desired Settlement
I would like Firestone to refund me the difference in what I had to pay out of pocket to the Nissan dealership for the brake service. And I would like a apology for all the stress this has put on me. My safety and anyone else that I drove in my car for the last month has been at risk without me even knowing because Firestone made a huge mistake while repairing my car. I can't believe the horrible customer service I have received from them and they should be held responsible for their mistake. I will never return there again for service nor refer anyone to their business.
