I purchased a 2005 Volvo XC90 from this dealership and was given awful customer service once the deal was done. Not to mention i took the vehicle in twice for repairs under the warranty and every time i received the vehicle back it malfunctioned again. There was a complete diagnostic report done on this vehicle, and after asking for a copy over and over again i was finally faxed the report with over $6000.00 worth of repairs. I have all my receipts and documentation and also notes, dates and times of the countless terrible customer service encounters i had with these people and the multiple inconveniences and run around i was given. as to date they are still being uncooperative. Their trying to make me pick another car for equal or lesser value off their lot. I'm not interested in anything else. I just want my money back or a vehicle i'm happy with.

Desired Settlement
I would like my complete down payment returned to me in cash as it was given. Or maybe i would choose another vehicle that i liked, not one i am forced into picking. That would have to have a complete diagnostic report done on it so i would be comfortable with the purchase. And i would also like people to be aware of AUTO WORKS and obtain a CAR HISTORY REPORT when buying a vehicle from them. All of this is too much of an head ache and time consuming.

Deception an down playing aspects of the truth
I bought a 2004 Porsche Cayenne from Autoworkz on Aug 19 2011 the car came with a warranty 3 days or a thousand miles. Before i could get to the Grapevine the car was jumping and bumping felt like it was going to collapse i immediately contacted steven of AutoWorks he say "i dont know ms.******* it might be the motor mounts" im like what????Shaking my head in disbelieve i hang up with ****** an proceed home cautiously.the next day i take it to the Porsche dealership in Walnut Creek CA Micheal Stead Porsche and at that time they perform a diagnostics when i returned to pick up my car i was informed that i had 20% brakes the transmission was gone and they ARE NOT REBUILDABLE and that a NEW ONE WAS REQUIRED AT THAT TIME i immediately informed ****** he said only way i was going to get the car fixed is if i bring it back to La the Porshche deaalership didnt think it was a good idea for me to drive it back up there to dangerous but i still proceeded to much money invested so i take off work again drive up there they tell me to drop the car off at Magics in reseda ca so i did along with the INVOICE from Porsche.I even took one of the workers on a ride so he can feel the THUMP im talking about and he did so we returned he informed me that they are going to fix it. So i leave return home wait on them to call 3 week later they call i take off work again get up there steven tell me its a new transmission n the car still didnt fix the brakes nor the service now i have to drive back home n caution.I get back home a week later the acting like its in nuetral no power and its jumping again i find out its the FUEL PUMP and the TRANSMISSION again now the car is sitting im still paying my notes. one day i come outside and my car gone they came and repod the car(while it wasnt working) i call steven he tell me im behind.somehow some way he let his BOSS come in and change my contract all around my deposit from $6000 to $8000 and my car notes from $450 to $480 making it look like i havent paid anything i call them they sounding all mixed they telling me i havent even paid a note so i immediately fax them all my receipts they tell me they have to call me Wednesday when there accountant is there.Im overly ****** right now,but he go on to tell me i owe 1200 than 1500 than 2300 it just kept going up until i got there and i owed 3300 just ridiculous but i gave the money up because i saw how they were playing with just because im young they think they can tell me anything do anything because they think i dont know. i had spoke with **** and he said they wasnt going to charge me for the car being in there possession. When i get to the car at Magics in Reseda Ca the car isnt running as i suspected but when i was on the phone with ******* he was telling me how he was driving my vehicle and how it kept stopping now seeing that that is what it was doing to me i just knew it was some truth in what he was saying.so magic end up fixing the Fuel Pump transmission still jumping.im calling steven he pertrays like he soo busy he has so many customers he dont know thats what he tell me after they repo my car.i still was trying to work with them.Thinking they gone treat they customer right but every since i got the car it has be pure **** laughing when i call inquiring about my car making little jokes "im sorry ms ************ i take the car back to the Porsche dealership they tell me i couldnt have just got a new transmission and that i might as well salvage the car a new transmission is $7000 dollars call******* again before i leave the dealership he actn like he cant do nothing he want ME TO PAY FOR A WARRANTY FOR THE TRANSMISSION i dont have it i have been back n forth from BURBANK CA to PITTSBURG ca 5 times loss of wages gas rooms paying for a car thats not drivable they dont want to accomadate me I just knew they was going to treat me right but they took my youngness for weakness i dont appreciate this!

I WANT MY CAR FIXED NEW TRANSMISSION BRAKES AND A SERVICE (THE CORRECT WAY)WITH SOME MONEY TOOK OFF WHAT I OWE ON THE CAR FOR THE MONEY I USED GOING BACK AND FORTH LOSS OF WAGES FOR DECEPTION LYING TO ME SELLING ME SOMETHING I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT AND THEY SAID WAS RIGHT AND WASNT OR MY MONEY BACK IM REALLY UPSET THE WHOLE WAY THEY DID BUSINESS WITH ME I REALLY DONT EVEN TRUST THEM TO DO ANY BUSINESS.

the vehicle i bought was missing alot of key components. spare tire,jack,key fobs,remotes,head phones,all manuals,ect.
I bought this 2005 ***************** esv. The car isn"t the one they desribe in the internet ad. I am still waiting for a spare tire,jack,key remotes,replacement seat belts,key for wheel lock,manuals,nav cd, remotes, head phones.there is alot of non op stuff. cig lighter,air, ride suspension,rt pass mirror,cracked tail light,third brake light,rear parking sensor,tire pressure sensors,inner fender.I had to replace the battery the next day,and i often have problems with the anti theft system. i have called ,left messages. I was over charged on my taxes, and dmv fees. the car is not driven much. that is way so many things were not noticed right away.i have noticed leaks also.it was also involved in a accident before i bought it.i called and asked for a different vehicle no response.this has been a year long process

at this point i just want a different vehicle or all the stuff fixed on this one.

I have been battling with Autoworkz since I bought my car back in September 2012. They sold me the car with the check engine light on and the lights on the car (front and back) not working. I set up an appt. with them to fix the engine light a couple days later. Many times going back to forth to the mechanic and it was never fixed. They falsely repaired my car many times, for example: the right headlight was being held in place by a paperclip and the weather seal was missing. I brought it back to them to get it fixed and when I got my car back they told me it was fixed. Turns out they just took the parts from the left headlight and put them on the right headlight, making it looked like it was fixed when really they had done nothing at all except switch the parts. Another example is with the check engine light: The dealer kept telling me it was just a faulty electrical problem with the light but the car was fine. But I knew something was wrong because every time I drove, toxic fumes would come into my car through the air vents. I took it into my own hands and brought my car to a trusted family mechanic. He told me there was a hole in one of the hoses which was causing the fumes and of course the engine light to be on. That means the dealer was giving false information to me the whole time. The car needed many parts replaced and any time I took it their mechanic to get fixed, Autoworkz had ordered the wrong parts so my car was never repaired. They never fixed my car within the 30-daywarranty so I was forced to buy a $2000 warranty to cover the damaged car they sold me. Regardless, whenever I went in there to talk to them they were always extremely rude and had terrible customer service. It came to the point where I had to take older adults in with me for them to even listen to what I had to say and even then they wouldn't do anything until I said I would take legal action. They took advantage of me in many ways and in the end I had to get rid of the car so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore

Desired Settlement
I feel that they owe me and my family a refund for all the trouble we had to go through with them. I put down $3000 for the car and then made payments and also had to buy the warranty for the car they sold me. I feel they owe my family a reimbursement of $4000 for all that we had to put out as well.
