Complaint I have a 2005 Mazda 3 and I started to hear a noise from the front suspension , so I decided to take it to the dealer April 22,2015 because that's where I usualy have my car serviced. I took my car to the service department and I stated that my car has a noise coming from my suspension, so they told me they will give me a call in a few hours. They stated that the wheel bearing was worn out , joint set(R) joint set(L), gear steering aka rackenpinion. I said okay when can my car be ready thinking this will fix the noise coming from the suspension, they stated that the total cost of the parts and labor will be $2080.00 and that I have to leave a down payment for the parts and that the parts will take 4 to 5 days to get their. I called Mazda several times to see if the parts where in and they still didn't have the parts, so I waited like a good custumer. Finally I received a call stating that they have the parts and to bring the car in to get fixed. On may 4,2015 I took the car into the shop to fix, later that day they called me saying that they needed to get another part because something about the bearing house was soderd together do to the heat and they asked me if they can add 190.00$ for that extra part and I said fine. They also said that the part was going to take 24 hrs to get to the shop and I said okay. May 5 ,2015 I picked up my car at the service department and paid my bill of a total $2166.73 as I was driving I relized that my steering wheel was shaking so I called right away and told them I will take it the next day. I took the car back to the shop and they said that my rim was crooked so that's why its shaking and they stated that they will do an alignment again and change the front left tire to the back and the back left tire to the front, but as I started driving at a high speed 65 mph it was doing the same thing and the noise was still their so I called back and they told me to wait until wayne was their and now they told me its my bushings and I have to pay $125.00 another week Product_Or_Service: parts Order_Number: XXXXX Account_Number: XXXXX
Desired Settlement I would like them to pay for my rental car and insurance for my rental car because of the inconvinice of them telling me the car is fixed with the wheel bearing joint set (L) joint set(R), rack and pinion gear stearing. so pretty much my car isn't fixed and I already paid them in full and I still have to pay $120.00 more plus the insurance for the rental car and the gas plus I have to wait 1 more week because they don't have the parts in stock

Complaint I really have a nightmare experience buying a car at antelope valley mazda,the sales persons are the most dishonest,liar people.Really frustrated!!!!! On 5-18-2014,my family and I went to buy a new car at A.V.mazda the sales person (ramon)help us that with the sale,we test drive the car and we liked it.When we were almost done he asked me if I wanted the GPS tracking device and I said no thanks,but he insist that we should buy it and and said again no thanks and then he told me and my wife that it was only $2.00 dls. per month,We ansked why so cheap, and he said because he was giving the best deal and we were like family for him that it was only $120.00 dls for the 60 months,and we thought that we was been honest with us, we were very excited it was our first new car for my wife and two little boys.So we bought it I sign the paper and the guy did not explain me any of the charges he was only trying to sale me extra coverage for the car,and he gave a hole lot of paper to sign and put my initials without explaining me anything what I signing We went home very excited with our first new car, 3 or 4 days after I reviewed the contract and see a charge of $1324.00 dls. and I call the sales person ramon about the situation and why they were charging that amount if he told me that it was going to be only $2.00 more dls. per month, if that was going to be the price for the GPS I would like to remove it from the CX-5 that I buy from A.V. Mazda,and that's went we were not family any more he said that he couldn't help me that I most speak to his manager so I did I told him if he could help me with this problem that I do not want the GPS,and he told me that that contract was already signed and there was nothing to do that he will give some free oil changes to make me happy,I call many different people in mazda and no body couldn't or wanted to help me they just don't care about other people they just after the commission they get by taking advantage of inexperience buyer like me and my family! I really hope you can help me with this matter and stop this people the only cares for the money and have no moral and respect for working family's.
