Complaint
Product installed doesn't work properly, poor customer service, doesn't honor warranty to fix problems with the unit. Kilowatt was installed by Dean who owns the company and his workers. A/C never shuts off in the summer. Bills have been 800-1000 every 2 months.. Had a second company come out and they gave me a list of problems with the new unit. Called Kilowatt and asked them to come out and fix the list b/c it was still within the first year of warranty. They had excuses and dissed the other company. Felt taken advantage being a female. His employees talked down and were rude. He refuses to fix his bad installing of the unit and duct. His prices were fixed with no room to negotie so it wasn't a situation you get what you paid for. His team loves to screw women over. I sent him to a friend to test out my theory and I was correct! She was shocked looking up reviews and how he really behaved. He's unprofessional. And so is his whole crew. I warn you stay away from this company! He's not a good businessman or human being

The company president met with both homeowners to to investigate all issues that were keeping them from enjoying their home comfort system. He inspected the installation and the equipment.

At no cost, a crew was dispatched to add duct to the system so as to increase airflow to one room that was not heating/cooling properly. The system's air filters were full of particulates so they were replaced with new air filters at no cost.

The homeowners were also advised that the walls of the room in question had no insulation.

The homeowners were contacted by email, mail and phone to make sure they were satisfied with the results and to offer any other assistance if needed. The homeowner assured the company that everything was working well.
