            I purchased an item from this business. The item did not work for my application and a return was started. First, there is a 20% restocking fee which you have to accept but most importantly their return authorization email goes to spam. Thankfully I was able to retrieve it and send the item back for a refund. Here is the email from them on the authorization: "Your RMA has been approved. Please see attached shipping label for you to ship the item back to our office. Please note, items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Once received, we will issue you a credit back to your card and/or PayPal account. Thank you!" ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO THEM AND THEY RECEIVED IT!. No refunds. These people have stolen my money and are now dodging my emails! would never EVER again do business with them.

            We sent a refund via PayPal for the customer's item, minus the restocking fee and cost of shipping as previously discussed with the customer. The customer refused the refund through PayPal, contacted us via phone later on, and we sent over the refund again. We apologize for the experience with us and that it took longer than expected to deal with this issue. We take pride in our customer service as a company.             We have sent the refund a few different times now via PayPal and have confirmation that the refund was sent to you; we just reconfirmed it now. We're sorry PayPal is having technical issues; we have been told there is nothing more we can do on our end and that if you don't see the refund on your end, you will have to reach out to PayPal support. We have been happy to work with you on the refund. If you need anything else, please call or email us, and we will continue to work with you however we can to get you the refund. But as it stands now, we have sent you the refund, and we are, again, unable to do anything else on our end, per PayPal. - Clayton Davison
