              I purchase three sets of full length arch support orthotics from this company. The person I spoke to about the orthotics was *****************************. He told me there was a lifetime warranty on his foot supports (see attached webpage which also says lifetime warranty). The 3 sets of orthotics cost me $658. In less than one year of use they are breaking down, all 3 pair. I can not collect on the lifetime warranty as the website is shut down and ******************** does not answer his phone.

              Ordered two pair back in late 2021 $400.00 dollars. They werent even close to fitting. I mailed them back per his instructions and he said he would mail two new sets. Here it is 2023 and still have not received anything.
