Complaints are concerning product and customer service issues. Most consumer complaints involve the purchase of meat by way of a salesperson solicitation in which some are not provided a receipt for their purchase. After testing out the product, consumers have indicated the meat product, is not what was advertised. Several consumers assert they are not informed of the return/refund policy. Some consumers also allege that they’ve been solicited by pushy & intimidating salesmen. Most consumer complaints allege difficulty receiving contact regarding a refund or exchange. Lastly, some consumer complaints allege they are solicited by a salesperson offering a “deal” for the purchase of meat because it was the last sale of the day or it was extra. The business has response to the BBB concerning these complaints does not address the specific issues of misrepresentation by their salespersons.
