Consumer complaints are concerning the non-delivery of magazines subscriptions they have purchased. Some consumers allege partial delivery of magazines they have ordered. Company responses have indicated they have contacted the consumers to address their dispute directly. On April 28th 2012, Subscription Services let the BBB know that within the last 18-24 months they had a shift in the agency that supplies their magazines, which affected their service. They stated that they are ensuring that every customer receives their products. The BBB will continue to monitor the pattern of complaints for changes and/or improvement.
