I had a trip planned to visit the hotel in December but I had to cancel due to the event I was attending canceled. I called the hotel to cancel and was told over the phone I would get full refund if I since I gave over a 48 hour notice. This call was weeks in advance and they ended up not offering a refund because my package was non refundable. They told me over the phone I could reschedule at no charge because it was a prepaid trip, so I rescheduled to a future date. The manager emailed me also staying I could reschedule. I was unable to make this trip at the rescheduled date so I called 3 days in advance to cancel. I was just charged for the stay again and when I asked about why they told me it was because I still owe money. I have now paid twice for a hotel stay that never happened and I gave them amble notice. During this whole process when I call to speak to the hotel the employees say they cannot do anything without the manager, but the manager is unreachable. I have accepted that I won't get the money back from the initial scheduled stay that was non refundable but then they lied to me and when they said I could use the funds from that trip to a different date, because I have been charged again. This place has been terrible to do business with and I have tried to be patient with them but I have been lied to enough times and charged too much I want to make an official complaint.
