    I was actually very excited to work with this business based on the hundreds of positive reviews I've seen on both Yelp and Nextdoor unfortunately that wasn't my experience. On 12/13 the day we were about to leave town for the holidays we were having trouble opening and closing our garage. I had called Bradbury and they sent a technician a few short hours later. Shortly after that we had left home for nearly two weeks to on one with family. Upon returning we noticed the garage door remotes we had payed to get installed did not work. With both Christmas and New Years I had called Bradbury roughly 3 weeks after the service and left a voicemail requesting to get in touch and get a technician out to look at it. Once a technician came by finally we were told that since our garage door was old that would be the best they can do (a not working garage door remote, same as we were before). My issue is the technician should've let us know prior to work being done and payment being made that since the garage door was older that it would not work had we known this we wouldn't have gotten that service. Finally after going back and forth with the owner and giving me a hard time since it was "six weeks since the initial visit". (No it was barely a month) she agreed to refund me half what I had payed for that particular service and they'd "take the loss". My feelings are that if a business promises a service and fails to meet that promise they should complete a full refund. But instead both the business and myself had taken a loss because I paid for a service that didn't meet any level of satisfaction. Plus the whole interaction with who I believe was the business owner rubbed me the wrong way. Once she agreed to refund me half no apology was made she asked is that all and hung up.     Bradbury Gagage Doors is a superior company and especially Tech *************************. Here's the story.I have a "Liftmaster" garage door opener, Model ****. The Liftmaster is 6 years old. I couldn't open or close the garage door even after disengaging the Liftmaster. I called ANOTHER company, ***** Overhead Garage ************ for an estimate of repair. ********************* immediately noticed that the spring for the garage door opener had broken. I authorized the repair, at $550. (That's about 60% above median price.) But, ************** could not fix the electronic portion of door going up and down. He DID leave the door in "Manual" so I could open and close it by hand and advised me i probably needed a new "Liftmaster" opener. He could install the new one for $1600. (That's a 150% ****-up) Enter *************************. ****************** had my authorization to replace the 6 year old Liftmaster, if he saw it was needed. In a matter of 30 minutes he had adjusted the Limits/Force on the opener and had it operating perfectly. Charge: $85. To the owner of Bradbury: Bravo, and your training of ***** was superior, not only for his mechanical knowledge but for not being after "the almighty buck." ****, I was so inspired, I want to work for you!
