Additional Complaint Information

Former complaints allege that consumers were not aware of, nor did they sign up for, a discount program with recurring monthly charges known as Easy Saver Rewards or FreeShipping.com.  Provide Commerce has represented that they do not presently promote EasySaver Rewards and have not done so since late October 2010.  They also state their 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to the EasySaver Rewards program and the company will issue full refunds to customers who misunderstood the offer details or are not completely satisfied with the service.

The BBB urges consumers to read all terms and conditions set forth when ordering from a website. Consumers need to fully understand what has been ordered, added to the order as "extras" and the cost of those "extras" before authorizing any charges. We encourage consumers to double check each page as they proceed with the ordering process to ensure proper ordering. When accepting additonal incentives, promotions, discounts, etc., consumers should always make sure they are knowledgable of the associated terms and conditions.
