    This is the worst service I had. No call, no follow up. I called them to repair my fridge. Technician shows up and says my back panel for my fridge needs to be replaced and it will take a week for the parts to show up. The event took place on 12/19/23 A week passes no call. I called them and they said that it has arrived and technician will show up the next day. No show, I called and the dispatcher said the technician was busy. Ok no problem follow up tomorrow for appointment.Next day comes, dispatcher calls and says oh I forgot to tell you to unplug your fridge for 7-8 hours BEFORE the technician arrives. 7-8 hours later? No show no call.Then out of frustration I called and demanded a supervisor. The supervisor NOW tells me that the part NEVER SHOWED UP and will take 3 weeks. Super frustrated at this point I demanded by $85 service fee back. They had the audacity to argue with me saying that because they "diagnosed a problem" that they wont refund my money. I said that because of your poor customer service and professionalism is the reason i want my deposit back. I am a business owner, you NEVER argue with a customer, ever! This place has some serious customer service and logistical issues that need to be resolved.Here is the kicker. The dispatcher calls back after the argument as says they will refund me the $85, just to find out that on 1/2/24 my check was cashed. There was a verbal contract over the phone (i have phone records) and they didn't honor that either.I am seeking that they honor at least the verbal phone agreement that they pay back the $85 deposit,

    As someone else who left a bad review, I am also give n the same treatment by this company not showing up or calling on days they make appointments for.(un)Luckily I have a home warranty service that doesn't see a problem with this contractor and keeps sending them back out to fix the same problem with my washer. When they do show up that is. But I only had to pay my warranty company $75 but the job after 3 different repairmen and 6 visits still can't fix it and now want to start all over again. With replacing the first thing that was replaced. Its a joke. They are making false claims to my warranty company to get more money. The repairmen tell me one thing but by the time it gets to the warranty insurance company it's totally different. Then instead of taking two other repair mans word for the unit needing replaced, they choose to send out a master technician that did not call or show up. Twice.
