My husband has been using this company for years and I contacted them telling them that we now live in ***** but we still need our taxes to be filed. The receptionist had said that xxxx can file our taxes he just needs us to email everything to him so that he can file our taxes. I had also asked the receptionist how we can pay him and she said dont worry you dont need to pay him at this time. I had done so with sending him all of our tax information through email with no response on their end. My phone calls and emails were getting ignored. On the rare times that xxxx would call me back or answer my phone calls he would tell me the same things that we dont owe anything tax wise and that he will email me the filing of our taxes. I asked him how can I pay him and he said whatevers easiest Venmo, cash app, whatever. Not knowing this tax agents social media, I decided that its best to pay him in person. I emailed this tax agent telling him my family will come into the office to pay him for him filing our taxes for us yet, he was nowhere to be found and never answered the office door. He had been avoiding my emails and calls for months. It was getting closer to the tax due date and xxxx had not sent me anything. Sometimes when I would call a receptionist would answer and tell me dont worry, xxxx will will have your taxes done. Currently the date is May 21, 2022 and well past the April tax due date. This tax agent/company has been leading me on that the agent could do my taxes and and saying that we dont owe anything taxes wise yet there is no proof of him filing our taxes at this time and he is not responding to my emails. With his constant ignoring of my calls and emails at this point I think that he has not filed our taxes at all and this worries me. If there was any reason at all that he could not file my taxes he should have been professional and told me so that I would have enough time to get a new tax agent. This is so unprofessional and very suspicious.
