Complaint: Hello,It is being advertised that there is a $25 rebate for purchasing one tube of Vaniqa.I did make this purchase and I sent in the required rebate information. I only received $9.41. I did not cash this check because it was not for the correct amount.I contacted the rebate program numerous times through email and regular mail and was not responded to regarding the incorrect check amount.The check should be for $25 and I am asking for a reissue of the check for $25 per the rebate policy. Thank you,****** ******
Desired Settlement: Re-issuance of the check for $25.

Complaint: I am very concerned about a situation that I am having with Skin Medica. I phoned their company on 2/11/13 to follow up on a rebate that I submitted in the previous month for my Epiquinn Micro purchase I made at **** *** ******* ******* *** *** on 1/16/13 in Winter Park, Fl. I was told by ******* that they are no longer honoring this particular rebate since the product has recently been discontinued but that this product was a good one, blamed it on the regional reps as they were notified of this change and should have pulled all of the Rebate coupons from their stores. I left my information for ***** the manager to return my phone call to discuss my concern. I still have yet to hear back from him. I followed up the following day 2/12/13 with an email. I have yet to hear back from him.This concerns me that as a Company, Skin Medica would not stand behind any promotions their marketing dept had to bring in and maintain good, loyal customers.
Desired Settlement: I am a new customer and I love the results I am having with the products I am using. I hope that you reconsider the decision and honor the $35 rebate to maintain good, loyal customers.
Business Response: This consumer request was honored with Check number ******** that was issued and mailed on 2/22/2013. It has since cleared our bank. We are considering this case rectified and closed.
