              This management group sent over a payment notice for charges to refurbish the apartment i moved out of, like carpet replacement etc. though they are adding an additional day of stay which i didnt, and thats fine ill pay but the notice states i have only 10 days to pay over the phone using the numbers provided. when trying to do so for 7 days straight and calling multiple times a day leaving several messages, they refuse to pick up and answer any of my calls to pay this bill.

              I give zero stars but I have to add one.Our gas has been out for two days and just received an email it will be out for another two days! We have no hot water or able to cook a meal. They just offered us pizza instead and first come first serve. We have had several notices about gas leaks in the past and this time its been the longest. Its very frustrating to pay so much on rent and have things not working.

              We are sorry for the inconvenience that this experience has caused you. Unfortunately, we were directed by the gas company to turn the gas off to the entire property. However, repairs have been completed and the gas to the property has been turned back on. During this time we provided food to residents at the property and we also gave residents a ten percent discount towards their March rent.
