Additional Notes

Complaint: Our company moved from Poway,Ca to Boynton Beach,FL. We needed a printer that would be close to us in case we needed same day service. We asked Network Printing for all of our materials, artwork, card stock and dies, we had paid for all this. We were given one die, this is a plate that is used to deboss and emboss our logo, when we called for the additional plate we were told they didn't know where it was and would return our call. When the manager called back he said there was only one die, which we know is not true, it takes two dies to do our logo. When I told him this was our property and we paid for it, he said he didn't have it, that we would never get it, he threw it out. He then said as far as he was concerned the matter was closed and when I tried to talk he slammed the phone down.

Desired Settlement: We would like to have our die but according to the printer he threw it out. Since this issue can't be resolved I would like the BBB to post on their site that Network Printing is not a reputable business.

Business Response: Hi *****,  This is regarding ** *****. Well it is true that we were their printer, and we did everything with quick turn-around.  We have produce their business cards and  and shells many times. Their business cardsshells are a blind emboss logo that takes only 1 die, the only die I used every time, and inmy possession for about 4 years. On their last order we did for ** *****, they asked us to change the address to there new FL address, give them the remainder of their bc shells back, & return their die. WE DID ALL THATTHEY ASK. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS: ** ***** keeps insisting that we had a  2nd die, and polity and professionally we kelp telling Her we have always had only 1 die. Not believing us from Florida, she kept calling and being extremely rude and treating. After a while and thru Her rudeness, we would just hang up. Network Printing Never threw out any of their dies or products, and also provided all of their artwork back electronically. Why did we make the logo always with 1 die?, Or How with only 1 die, well that's allit  took. 32 years in business and never a complaint from any client to the BBB. I run a great company here,I sleep good at night, my track record with client's is why I have exist so long. In Closing *****, all I can do is show YOU, their last invoice with me. We had them sign that they receive the 1 die and the rest of their bc shells. If I had a die still of theirs, it's only a paper weight to me. Can't use it would and would not keep it. Write us up bad and you will convict an innocent company.
