Complaint: Previous owner of my home had paid for a tile roof warranty along with fumigation. I have a copy of the invoice and the check. We took possession of the house during fumigation. There are numerous broken tiles that need to be repaired. I have contacted the Atlas Termite Co. 3 times to schedule an inspection with no results.
Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the tile warranty to help pay for the $495 estimate that a roofing company gave me to repair the roof.
Business Response: Hello,
Due to our heavy work flow, we had to re-schedule with Mr. ********** multiple time. We spoke with him yesterday to apologize and also to arrange to send him a refund of $400.00. Which is the full amount for the tile roof warranty in question. The dispute is no longer on going, and Mr. ********** is satisfied with the results at this time.
