I was looking for a Talent Agency to get a job and this Tower Talent came up. Theyre very misleading. They invited me to an audition and told me I made it congratulations and such & then convinced me by a sound to be good sales talked that was pushful & manipulative until you said yes. Her name is ********** pretended to be an actress & former model & turned out a lie. All she told me eventually turned out all lies afterwards but had me pay $4,500 for a supposed to be a lifetime contract that would give me classes on actings, musical, modeling, dancing whenever I could attend when they have the ******************** **** told me that what I paid includes a free website profiles for their client, free self tape and video reels but it wasnt the case. She made it sound too good to be true. She said the outfits for the pictorials for my headshots and such are included but there were no outfits. I had a lousy picture a taken. I asked to have them create a talent profile for me but it didnt happen. When I asked for a self tape assistance and help create my reels they wanted me to pay more. Then to have more auditions they wanted me to pay $5,000 more but I didnt as I realized the place is a scam. They told me there are clients my age range but there were not. Only kids were there. The Talent instructors dont have a credibility as they never act before and never get paid for it. The place is bogus. The agents who conduct auditions were bogus and pretending to be from such talent agencies but not really. Then recently I sent an email to ***** Tower dated Jan to Feb **** the owner that I would like my moneys worth so where would I fit in to progress. She replied & mentioned of the classes going on that I already attended in the past & I went nowhere. I replied to her to send me the links for the online virtual class but she didnt sent any links and ignored me. Supposedly they would help me to find a job or assist me to get an opportunity for an entertainment job but it never happened. Its a ******************* program that I paid for and the owner was ignoring me!! Just took my money for nothing to me!! Obviously I get scammed. Its supposed to be a lifetime contract of assistance to get me a chance to earn in an entertainment job or gig but its not happening. I get scammed of $4,500. It cause me humiliation, stress, anxiety, depression and wearing the toll on me. I want to sue ***** Tower for a Breach of contract. I have a copy of it. Please help me get some justice. Its more than $4,500 that have cause me. Its not right that a place like her gets away scamming those who wants a job in entertainment industry. Their brochure advertised that a famous celebrities have trained in their place but its all lies. Their advertisements on their website and brochure are lies. Please help. Please advise.
