Crooked. Overcharged hundreds of hours of care for 1st 3 months . Then said it was a mistake .Good thing we were tracking hours.Inept administration and nursing staff.Bottom line is their priority . Ignoring and forgetting about customers and clients is their routine. What a scam of a business . Stay away.Found a much better company . ********* **** ****** .

My mother has needed in home care for the last 5 1/2 years. We have been through several agencies. ******* was part of the first care team. We did step away for a year and half to try other, cheaper, agencies. It was a terrible period of unqualified, irregular, and uninterested care givers. We came back because Windward provides the best experience for both the client and the client's family. Their caregivers are stringently screened and trained. And their case managers always get back to you quickly. Even during Covid when workers were scarce, they worked extra hard to give us coverage.Windward Life Care Response

Super caring for both caregivers and clients. I am super grateful for having an opportunity to work with windward. I have been employed with Windward Life Care for 1 year now and it is literally the best job I have ever had! Windward does a great job about taking care of not only the clients but the staff as well. They provide personalized care plans for each client to accommodate their needs and working with them first hand, I ensure those needs are taken care of. If any questions or concerns may arise, we are ALWAYS able to get in touch with our office no matter the time or day meaning the support system is fantastic. It is such a rewarding job to be able to allow for individuals to age in the privacy and comfort of their own homes, and allowing for our clients to continue with all of their daily activities with assistance as needed!Windward Life Care Response

My mother has been very happy with the care provided by her in-home aide from Windward, and my mother's husband has found the guidance from a Windward Care Manager very helpful. It may not be easy for most senior citizens to accept the need for regular help with activities of daily living after having lived a full, independent life. But Windward makes this process as smooth as possible. They are very professional and caring and provide expert personal help for those older adults who want to remain in their homes. We contacted Windward to provide caregivers in our home for our mother 7 days a week. It was a struggle initially, due to Covid, but since our caregivers have been wonderful- they show up on time, eager to work and be with my mom, cook her meals, daily activities, encourage her to do her exercises and do them with her, just spend time chatting, and take her on outings. We have all be very grateful and happy with the care given this far. We also appreciated having an advocate who oversees my moms care, the care givers, and is readily available for any questions or concerns.Windward Life Care Response
