            9/1/22-9/4/23 we the dates we arrived an departed. This hotel is fraudulently advertising their rooms on the website and description does NOT accommodate persons started. Safety concerns for room issued upon arrival, mold in room, trip hazzards ,carpet was literally owed back under the beds, mold in bathrooms, and price for accommodations. This inn is advertising their new tower and pictures on the website, ****** and shows fully remodeled rooms- the rooms are DISGUSTING! Pricing was horrific for nights stayed and was a *************************. Reported to ***************** as well. I would like a refund for half of my stay as we could not leave due to the holiday weekend .

            After reading the reviews, I took care to ask for the renovated section and was told to call closer to check in. I called the day before check in and was told that the most renovated building was full, but we are in the building that was renovated last year. At check in, I asked again and was told the same thing. Ok. Cool. The old section is dilapidated in general, but as I put the key in the lock, we remained hopeful. Well, disappointment ensuedin the hugest possible way. The room was about 80 degrees inside and smelled like mildew. The carpet was filthy, the window frame was broken so that the window could not fully close. The door and window frame were *****, as were the lamps, and when you sit on the toilet, your knees hit the sink. I called downstairs to ask where the thermostat was and was told there is no a/c, and theres a fan in the closet. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, noting that I have asthma and couldnt breathe in that space. The attendant said that I got what I paid for and there were no other rooms available. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I sat in the lobby while I watched him happily accommodate other guests. I went back down to point out my issueagain. *********** told me again that there were no rooms and I couldnt have a free upgrade. I didnt want a free upgrade, I just wanted a room where I could breathe. I asked if I could spesk with his manager and he denied me the opportunity. He said, you prepaid for your room, so youre not getting your money back (never asked for that) so your choices at this point are, go back to your room and talk to a manager tomorrow, go find another hotel, or you can wait in the lobby until 9pm when security comes in. We did have to spend the night in the moldy room. I coughed all night and still feel ill.
