      We tried to buy tickets for a theme park in Hollywood CA - The booking process was fine and we use our normal credit card. The charge went thru but we received an email stating that a fraud was detected and that our we would get a refund and no tickets. This sounds a very shady company lurking people with cheaper tickets for theme parks and not providing the required service.I wish I could have read the review on this site before as we do not seem to be the only ones experiencing the issue.This company should first question themselves and ask if they are a fraud before telling us that our transaction is fraudulent.The cherry on top of the cake... they are lecturing you over the phone or by email to go and buy the tickets from the park directly.Here is the email we have received:--------------------------------------------------Hello, Thank you for your recent booking through our service. At this time your order has been detected as potentially fraudulent by our ******************************* In order to safeguard both your credit card and our company from fraud we have cancelled this order and refunded the payment. The funds will be refunded by our company and should be posted back to your account within 5-7 business days. If you still require tickets, you will need to purchase them from the park directly.Regards,--------------------------------------------------

      Thank you for your inquiry about your recent purchase. We value the business and regret that your order met some fraud patterns determined with the aRes Travel fraud system. Reviewing the notes on your order, it looks like the order went through and was voided within an hour and a half. Since it was voided, there was never a complete charge on your credit card and you should have seen this hold for the amount in question removed within the next 1-2 business days. If this is not the case, we suggest you reach out to your bank to release the hold. aRes Travel is a well established online company selling tickets online for attractions in ******************* as well as nationwide. We understand this is not the ideal outcome for your purchase and hope you will accept our sincere apology for the outcome of your order with aRes Travel.

      Just bought 2 tickets to *************************** for $30 less than the website price. aRes made the process so easy. You choose how many tickets you want and the days that you are going and it calculates all the fees and total right there. Plus there is only a $2 fee per ticket. Once we completed the checkout they sent us an email in less than 30 seconds. Opened the email and the tickets were right there. Printed both of them and we are all good to go. Honestly thankful that I listened to the good reviews and went through with it. Thank you aRes travel :)

      I attempted to save a few dollars on theme park tickets using this travel reservation system. I was told I would get a text to confirm my billing information and then I could print my tickets. No text received. Then I receive an email stating my transaction will not go through because there is a fraud alert. What the heck? It is my debit card that I have all the account information for. My credit union has started to process the payment and has not sent me an alert. I am told via email to "buy my tickets from the theme park directly" while I wait 3 to 5 business days for my money to be credited back to my account. I called and was told they don't know why it would be flagged as fraud but they are "sorry for that'. Nothing they can do and no one to talk to. Terrible customer service and not worth the minimal savings.

      Its a spam to get your credit card and contact details.They will NEVER issue a ticket and will say their so called extra brainy **************** found something suspicious and your transaction was declined.Wasted much time with their agent on phone but they would never tell whats wrong with the credit card and why it was declined.Fraud company..Stay away.

Due to experiencing a good amount of fraudulent transactions in recent years, we have recently implemented a new fraud system and have encountered situations where our fraud company will not process the order. It is an unfortunate experience to today's online purchasing stipulations and we are sorry you feel this way and apologize for the inconvenience.       DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENT: I tried to order tickets to a couple of ** theme parks with my ********** credit card (that has worked with all *** and other overseas booking agents), and they have taken my money, then indicated my order was suspected as fraudulent and not returned the money to my account! After receiving the order confirmation, with 'print tickets' it indicated the order needed verification, with the message 'Thank you for your purchase, please stand by as we process your order. Please refresh this page in a few moments.' They then processed my order (money taken from credit card) and I received an email stating 'Thank you for your recent booking through our service. At this time your order has been detected as potentially fraudulent by our ******************************* In order to safeguard both your credit card and our company from fraud we have cancelled this order and voided the payment. The funds will be released by our company and should be posted back to your account within 5-7 business days. If you still require tickets, you will need to purchase them from the park directly.' IF YOU VOID AN ORDER, DON'T TAKE THE PAYMENT!!! I am now out of pocket $550AUD, and still need to order tickets to the theme parks!!

      I was able to successfully purchase a discounted ticket for ********* last week. I had concerns about placing the order the night before we were planning on visiting the theme park, but I felt reassured after calling their number and chatting with customer service. I received the email with my printable ticket very soon after placing the order online that evening, and I had no issue getting it scanned at the gate the next day. Would buy from them again!

      I just wanted to share my experience with aRes Travel. I was able to purchase tickets to an ******* theme park online at a significate discount. I received an email with my tickets to show at the gate. I was able to enter the parks without any issues. It was an easy transaction and I saved money in the process. Thank you for making my stressful vacation trip less stressful! I will definitely be using them again.

      I had used ARes Travel for years to purchase discount Disneyland passes. It sometimes got confusing in terms of receiving and using passes, but things usually worked out.However, after 14 years of being a customer, yesterday I tried to make a small purchase of one two-day pass. I received the ticket instantly and made my park reservation. About an hour later I received an email stating that I needed to call in because they suspected that the purchase was fraudulent. I called, and was treated like a criminal. ****** kept telling me that I needed to confirm "microdeposits" made to my bank account, but I paid with a credit card, not with a debit card linked to a bank. He was incredibly rude, talked over me, didn't listen, and argued with me. All I wanted was a day to figure out how to access that particular credit card account online. Not everyone accesses their accounts with an app. When I finally thought that he had agreed to let me call back the next day with the microdeposit information, I received an email that he had cancelled the purchase! I spoke with his supervisor the next day, and she gave me one of those "non-apology" apologies. She was sorry that the situation turned out the way that it did, but didn't give me a chance to figure out how to get the information they demanded, nor did she offer any solution to the problem or apologize for the way that ****** treated me. She made it quite clear that she couldn't care less if I remain a customer or not. I will never give them my business again; the minute that a customer needs assistance, it's not to be found.

      I ordered tickets and cancelled within 8 hours because of an emergency and the trip was over a month out. They said it would take 7 to 9 business days for a refund on my credit card and it has been a month! They said it would be another 5 or 6 days when I emailed them again but nothing yet. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!!

      It looks like we were in the process of checking the barcodes with the attraction and this took a bit to confirm with the park. Confirmation was received on May 31, 2021 and your ticket refund was processed. We understand it seems like this took a bit longer than expected and we apologize for the wait.
