Complaint: Ordered hair follicle test on Dec. 17, 2012. Was told 2-7 business days. Each contact with business provides no specific estimate of when product will be delivered.Information is now not timely. How can they offer their service, which is inherently time sensitive, in such a delayed manner??Company left me a vmail on Wed. January 2, 2013 saying that a couple more business days was needed. It has now been 4 business days and still no test results.I emailed the company and demanded a refund but they have not bothered to email me back.

Desired Settlement: I want a refund and I want them to delivered the test results promised.

Business Response: The customer contacted us via live chat on a few occasions, we had stated that per the lab the sample was still in testing.  We had left a voice message for the customer to call us back on 1/2 so we could speak with him over the phone, however, our call was not returned.  Results were provided to us on 1/7 and released to the customer as well as a full refund on 1/8 due to the delay in the results.  As stated above, there was a delay in the result due to the fact that the laboratory had to do additional testing on the sample provided.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved

Complaint: ON NOVEMBER 26TH I ORDERD PRODUCT FROM COMPANY AKA: TEST COUNTRY, AND PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERD THRU FEDEX AS AGREED DUE TO TRANSPOSED ADDRESS. HOWEVER, ON DECEMBER 6TH I SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR REP. AMY WHO ASSURED PRODUCT WOULD BE RE-SHIPPED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25.00, WHICH I DEPOSITED INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SO THAT PERSONNEL DEADLINES WOULD BE MET. ON THE 12TH I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF PRODUCT NOR TELEPHONE CALL REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND RETURN PHONE CALL WAS AGAIN MADE. I AGAIN SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR AMY WHO THEN INFORMED ME THAT PKG. HAD TO BE IN COMPANY HANDS BEFORE ANY OTHER PKG WOULD BE SENT OUT. AT THAT POINT IN TIME THE INITAL ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND A REFUND REQUEST WAS INITIATED. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE REFUND AMOUNT WOULD BE FOR $115.00 AND WHEN ASKED IF THE OTHER SHIPPING FEE OF $25.00 HAD BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT I WAS TOLD "NO". ON DECEMBER 21ST, SINCE NOTHING HAD BEEN RESOLVED I AGAIN MADE PHONE CALL TO COMPANY AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF "****". WHO ALSO INFORMED ME THAT SUPPOSEDLY PKG. HAD TRAVLED BACK AND FOURTH X4 YET NO DELIVERIES MADE????? REGARDLESS, I WANTED REFUNDED OF MONEY NOT PRODUCT. HE ALSO SID PKG. HAD BEEN RETURNED "YESTERDAY" THE 20TH AND WAS ON SITE. HE SUPPOSEDLY SPOKE WITH REFUND PERSON, AND INFORMED ME THAT MONEIES WOULD BE SENT BACK TO CREDIT CARD WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. ($115.00)

Desired Settlement: TOTAL INITAL AMOUNT REFUNDED OF $125.00 AND FREE PRODUCT FOR INCONVENIENCES.

Business Response: We have tried working with this customer in order to get their package to them.  As you can see from the FedEx tracking information the package has been shipped or re-routed 4 times.  As we have stated to the customer, since the wrong address was provided to us when the order was placed online, we cannot refund ANY shipping fees that have been incurred.  Our account with FedEx has been charged the full 4 times but we have not pushed those fees to the customer.  We have taken a loss on these fees.  The refund was issued today (please see attached credit details) for a refund of the $115 for the merchandise and stated to allow 24-48 hours for this to show on their statement.  With each credit card company the refunds show at different times, not immediately after we issue the refund.  We have provided the customer the refund for the merchandise and will not give any further credit or free merchandise.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
