Complaint: This is the WORST dental company I have ever worked with. I have been going to this office for many years. When I finally needed two cavities filled in ***, They said my insurance denayed the claim. I called my insurance company only to find out the claim was oked, but this dental office was refusing to honor it. ****** ***** the manager told me "They dont make enough money off of it to bother doing the work". I have been fighting for the last 10 months to get my cavities filled. They have told me to just go see another dentist. Why would they take my insurance if they are just going to refuse my claims, after the insurance company oked them. I also made a cleaning appt over 3 months ago and took the day off work for it. I was never even told my appt was cancel until the day of, when I tried to go in. They are now refusing to do any work or cleaning until I clear up the claim about the cavities. So 10 months later I have been denayed my cleanings, my cavities have never been fixed and they will not even see me to fix my broken tooth that just happened. I can not believe how poorly I have been treated. It is hard to believe they are still in business.

Desired Settlement: To honor my dental insurance.

Thank You, for giving us the opportunity to explain and clarify the complaint with Ms. ******* 
*****. 

******* has been a patient at Affinity Dental of La Mesa since 2004. And she's received 
multiple fillings and dental treatment,under the same insurance Liberty.Patient always have had a co-payment to pay
this time is no different. Patient is requesting fillings for cosmetic purposes and she will have a 
co¬≠ payment again,her accusations of us denying her' service because of the money are false 
accusations.1 requested an immediate transfer of this patient to another provider because of her 
abusive language tours our office staff and me.

Affinity Dental of la Mesa is no longer a provider for this patient,and that is why we are not seen 
her as a patient liberty was contacted and ask to assign her to another provider on September.

******* has taken the time to badmouth our office reputation thru Demand force and Yelp an·d now
with BBB. When I found out that she was posting bad comments and false accusations in Demand force 
1 called Liberty once again to confirm that they had receive the request of an immediate  transfer 
for this patient to another provider  and all the documents were faxed once again to liberty on 
October 13tn_
