Complaint: I placed an order online and submitted payment which has been withdrawn from my account back on May 19, 2013. However, today is June 12, 2013 and havent received my order. I emailed several times to customer service but no response. I called the 888 number on the website and at first it would only ring. Now the number has been disconnected. I ordered somehting in the past and didnt have issues not sure why now. can you help?
