Complaint: Had A bad perm and manager did not make good on the situation as he said he would--He made ajustments and then removed them with out explaining his actions---My situation happened at the ** ***** Branch on 5/8---Manager name ******--He gave me a $25.00 creadit to my account for other services/products and when I went in to get Shampoo/conditioner they informed me that it was taken off (the girl at the desk told me on 5/19) He has not returned my call request---I had one deep conditioner treat on 5/12/12 and all that did was release the little body I Had from the perm---all this was set up by ******.

I write this letter in response to the customer complaint you received on May 22nd 2012 with reference number *******.
At Bellus Academy we pride ourselves in treating all our guests with red carpet service and take great strides to assure they have a positive experience.
We are a learning institution and all work in our clinic is performed by students supervised by qualified Educators.
In this particular case all efforts were made to make Ms. ** ****** a satisfied guest, however, a suitable solution was not available.
Ms. ** ****** was refunded the full price of her service with our apologies.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
