Failure to post a visible sign to disclose "PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED".I scheduled an appointment thru mossy nissan website for a clutch/transmission diagnostic.I brought the vehicle for service on the day of the appointment on time.I waited few hours in the waiting room for the diagnostic to be completed.When they call me to pay, they told me they do not accept personal checks.I asked why this information was not disclosed online when I scheduled the appointment?I also asked why I was not told when I was given the written estimate.It was not even disclosed in writing on the written estimate.Ater several minutes arguing with the technician/clerk, I asked for a manager.I was told manager was not available, and for me to wait on the waiting room.20 minutes later, the technician/clerk came to see me and to update me on the issue.He said manager was still not available, and that he doubts very much that the manager would accept my personal check.I again asked them to show me the policy or to let me talk to a manager.I waited another 45 minute or so.Manager never came out.I left without telling anybody -- I was upset and frustrated because I am a long-term client.I have owned in the past several used and new nissan vehicles.An hour later the technician/clerk called me and left a voice mail.They called me again an hour later and left a voice mail again.I did not respond to either voice mail because it was not from the manager.It was not about the price -- price was reasonable.I am not asking for special treatment.However, if I would have known, I would have gone to the bank to get cash before the appointment.By the way, while waiting, I was already talking to a nissan salesperson and making plans to buy another new vehicle.Unfortunately, I had to call him back later to let him know I will no longer be buying a vehicle from nissan because of this incident.Thank you,***********
