Complaint Category: None of the Above - Contract Complaint Issue

Complaint: Given 30 days to Before risking disconnection did not have a bill mailed I then called to check about my account , employee couldn't find my account
I was okay even after not receiving a bill for a month missed but once your line is disconnected you have to pay another fee... I then talk with a lady to set up billing arrangements but was unable to come in talked with the head lady of collections at west central and she was horrible she kept saying because billing arrangements were set there was nothing she could do although I was not arguing of disconnection I argued that I was not given the same 30 days too full knowledge of disconnection fee until more than 15 days had passed so I was charged even more for them not contacting me until later I've only received one full bill for two months and I received the actions of having the bill for 30 days ... They were completely unfair
