            Terrible internet salesman Curtis ******** 2 days of communication. I sent email for interest in Cadillac SRX got an email & then called, and he left message, stating car was in service right now, doing quality inspection, soon as it is done, will send me pictures. email asked if I got message & could I send pictures of trade in. Friday at 8:56 AM Text message states, Hopefully it will be ready Friday July 1, 2022 I told him I couldn't come before Saturday 7-2-22 So I set appointment to test drive on Saturday July 2, 2022at 10:00 AM At 9:14 am on Saturday I get a text that tells me "the car sold last night! The people bought it dirty. So was it ever in service? So I wrote a review on their website about how "dirty" I was done. I got a "Brush Off email" stating I couldn't come before Saturday, so I lost out, and there was no deposit to hold the vehicle. l NEVER EVER was there a deposit suggested to "hold" the car, Because I would have given one. I would have a car now. Thank you for your time. **** ****

            I don't believe Curtis ever told you we were holding the vehicle for you. I'm very sorry that you feel you were done dirty. As I explained in my initial response to your review, a customer actually came into the store on Friday, looked at the vehicle as it was being detailed and agreed to purchase it. Since you were not coming until Saturday and since it was not being held for you, I feel there was absolutely nothing done wrong here.
