      3/7 i had a summit tour snowmobiling reservation. My party was picked up from ski run blvd on a small white shuttle and unfortunately i left my camera on my seat. I have called several times and have only been able to talk to someone twice. The first time i spoke to a man who was really rude and didnt want to help me. The second time i spoke to a nice lady that told me she would get a hold of the transportation manager to sweep the buses and she would call me back even if they didnt find the camera. I never received a call and now its about to be a week and no one answers the phone. Its a very expensive camera ($800) that should have some type of urgency if the customer keeps calling. Im not understanding why no one is willing to help.

      had a reservation for snow mobile tour, it was snowing bad, i tried to call several times, and waited on hold for over 45 minutes each time, and then hung up on, i drove to the place with blizzard conditions over a foot of snow, when i got there the check in lady was dismissive and flippid about my questions. i explained nobody called me to say it was cancelled. she waved her hand at me and said it wasn't her fault. i asked for a receipt showing id get my money back and her manager stated "we don't do that". I drove home, and tried to call. after 1 hour and 27 minutes later i hung up. i called again today 1-16-23 and spoke with ********. she was abrupt and said "mmmhmm" well you will have to wait 14 business days to get a refund. and we left a message. i explained there was no call or message. she made an excuse about me driving and not getting the call. i stated i was at home where there is NO reception issues and she said "ohh, you will have to wait till the 30th or later to get your money back". We have used this place before and it was great, however sad to say i will not use them again. there is no sense of "give a damn" in the employees. Or ************** saftey. And to state they called when they did not, is sad. id choose a negitive review if i could have
