1. Changed original reservation from 12/30/21 to 12/31/21 due to a canceled flight.2. The change was made with no problem.3. I received a confirmation call on the 30th stating the driver's name, number and pick-up time.4. The driver did not show up. I sent multiple texts. No answer. No call. Nothing. He had been my driver before and he was punctual and nice. I do not wish to single him out in this complaint.5. I contacted the company via e-mail.6. The initial correspondence had an apology within it and a credit was given to me for the cost of the ride. This person told me they would talk with the driver when he was back in.7. I followed roughly 12 hours later. I was told the driver was still driving. 8. I knew this was a lie. The driver was not still driving.9. When I then said I had a right to know what happened, I was told via email, "At this point, please just enjoy the free ride I gave you." Excuse me?! There won't be a free ride because I will never use this company again and will advise others to do the same.10. I continued to say I had a right to know what happened. My 80 year old mother had to get up at 4:45am because the driver never showed up. Also, what if I had been in Davis alone and the Davis Airporter was my only means of getting to the airport? Uber would not have been able to be there instantaneously to pick me up.11. I told the person via e-mail that I wanted the owner to contact me.12. I received a call while I had stepped away from my phone. I listened to the voicemail later and it said, "Hi *****. Um, you said you wanted a call from the owner but you are not available, so um yeah....buh bye." Totally unprofessional.13. I e-mailed back.14. I then received a response stating that the owner had tried to call me and I didn't answer and HE said I should contact the manager. The person posing as the owner was a she. Once I said that and mentioned the BBB, correspondence stopped.
