            I made payments to Recology for trash service on the following dates: 4/18/22 $130 7/11/22 $150 10/3/22 $220 I was refered to *************** as the point of contact. I have emailed the requested documents to prove payment along with confirmation number from my bank, ************ I have now sent emails to Recology on 10/13/22, 10/27/22, 11/15/22 without a resolution. I have also not received a response from the 10/27 & 11/15 follow-up emails that I sent. I am now starting to feel as if Recology is trying to avoid me. I would appreciate assistance in correcting my account with a credit from my payment I made 7/11/22.Thank you.I attached confirmation from my bank regarding the July 11th payment.

            This company operates without any form of communication to its customers regarding its actions. They will charge you regardless of whether they perform a service or not. If they stop service or keep your trash can for any reason they will not let you know any details about it, not even when or why. Its your job to be bewildered and call. They will cutoff service even though you cannot cancel services, so you will be charged regardless and they are guaranteed to still receive their funds for providing a service even they don't actually perform it. If pickup services are interrupted for non payment, they will charge you nearly an entire months charge for them to come back and collect the trash even though you've already paid them for services they had never performed because even though services will be interrupted, billing will never be interrupted. When you take someone's money but they receive nothing in return, that's theft, and Recology is great at theft, but poor at communication and service.
