I bought a used car from a dealership and i took car back after one day and asked for my money back and the owner said that i could not get my down payment back. I called the lender and asked them to cancel the check. The lender did so. I went back to get my down payment back and the owner kept telling me all these charges he was going to charge me.He kept telling me that he had a better carover and over and over. He had me sign a waiver about the second car and the 2 day claus. I have a witness to everything that was said on both times that i said i wanted my money back over and over and over. I put down almost **** dollars. I took the seco d car back next day also because the car wasnt shifting right . I told him i wanted my money back but because i signed that form unknowingly he said no . After 3 or 4 weeks of trying to get my money back. He said to have his me hanic look at it. Maurices auto repair in modesto said it was a fuse on transmission and secondary fan. I drove it with him in the car. He said he didnt think it was transmission. . So i took him back to his shop. Then after i leave it i get to a stop light and the car wont move. He said i signed the two day waiver form. He never asked me about the form he just handed me a stack and said sign here here and here then he he went over the contract with detail about where each money charge was for. Ithe owner would not listen to anything i have to say my witness will testify in court about the owner . i took it back again to maurices and he kept it for day and told me it was a motor mount. You can hear the gears grinding loudly and he said it was motor mount. I took car back to dealer he said it was not transmission . u took back to shop he drove it again said it was the transmission and he didnt do transmissions. I told him to call dealer and tell him. I have not heard back from him. He does not listen to me he just talks his way out of it.
