Business came out to do an estimate September 14th for both of our bathrooms. We decided to start with the Master bathroom. We were told 3 days from demo to completion with great tile work, new handheld showerhead, and an option for shower doors. My wife and I purchased the whirlpool tub and were ready for work to begin Friday September 24th. The company delivered the tub for us about 1:00PM and did not start demo until about 3:00PM. We requested they be to the house by noon the next day(9/25), but didn't hear back until after noon the next day. They were also at our house until around 8:00PM and did a very poor clean up after they had finished for the day. With a then 9 month old baby crawling around that was very stressful. The following day(9/26) Casey informed me that he wasn't coming to work on my house despite telling us he would have it done in 3 days. By September 27th(the day it is supposed to be completed) they were apparently missing a part, for which they added 3 days to the estimated completion. Then by the 29th, ********** had "Run out" of the tile we had picked out a week before, and I was forced to go to ********** myself to pick out tile that they had in stock. They did not finish tile work until 10/3, and the tile work is very far from the "great" that was promised. They also damaged our door frame, bathroom wall, and failed to seal almost everything including under the shower door, where the shower head comes out of the wall, the water control, and the main spigot for the tub. Every day they were in our home, they left a mess, and left the trash/waste in our yard for nearly the entire time they were working at our home. Final work was completed 10/12 for a total of 18 days.
