On Monday March 26 I ordered a light. I only used them becsuse of their promise to deliver any light within 3 days with examples given. As nothing had been shipped (started to ship) by end of business day Wens per order status "still processing" i chatted with them. He said yep, nothing has been shipped or processed yet. Agree need Thrs so won't have so cancelling order.I was told that i would get an email confirming my cancellation just as he pushed the cancel button. I did not & still haven't. I was told I would be refunded. Nothing. You go on order status right after the communication with ********* says "no order for this order #" so it is just erased from their system. Tho they have your money. I emailed 3 times to ******************************** about the cancellation ********************** No response. Wens- ******************* I cant even tell you the amount because they dont put it on your order email- only a link to the order- which they then delete the order from their system. Email says: The status of your order can always be viewed on our site or by clicking this link: View Status. Then they remove info from system after you cancel. So u can't track cancellation or refund. This is also Progress Lighting. Order # ********. ItemP300048-163. I think they are a scam. False promises. No response to your requests for refund. Take money & delete info like never existed. Wont respond to basic requests. Or worst customer service on earth. Refund my by original credit card. Hope i dont need to monitor for misuse of my card now. And remove picture of employees in sunny CA. It is not true. Knowing i paid ****** & tax i calculated refund.
