              I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Dazzling Cleaning Services. I scheduled a $9 cleaning service, but the cleaner didn't show up as planned. To my surprise, I was also enrolled in a monthly services. Despite contacting them for a refund, I haven't received one.I request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring Dazzling Cleaning Services refunds for charges.               Horrible company. You ask for one cleaning and they auto sign you up for membership at $49.50 a month. Multiple charges adding up to $251.56 on my credit card in one day after a 5 hour cleaning. Tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me another $221.00. Outrageous and unbelievable!! DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You will be totally ripped off. No issue with the cleaner, she was wonderful. I only gave one star because the site forces you to.

              This company (Dazzlin' Cleaning Service) does not have or offer membership! Our website does not sign up any customers nor can you pay for services on our website ( www.dazzlincleaning.com).  Please double check the name and spelling of the company you have the membership for.
