We have lived in this small community of about 3800 people for the past six years, though I lived here many years before returning here now. We have purchased a Washer and *****, a Microwave, a new Cal-King Mattress and a new refrigerator from Middleton's Furniture store. Even though *********'s is the only furniture store in this area, one does not need to travel far to fine many such stores. Ordering furniture online has also become prevalent. But shopping at *********'s is always a pleasure, lots of choices, delivery is quick and working with the staff is wonderful. I should mention that they have 'price matched' for us in the past and are always willing to do whatever they can to help you buy local! They are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect. i.e. Our last purchase was for ** Profile Refrigerator. I love it! But, the middle drawer of our new refrigerator was freezing up even when set at 44 degrees. We called ** (necessary for warrantee work) and the gentleman said that someone would be calling us within 48 hours to set an appointment. As this is a remote community they don't have people immediately available. 10 days later we hadn't heard from anyone. My call this morning to ** resulted in a 1.5 hours on hold ****. We had not be given a confirmation number so we needed to speak to someone to get it. I spoke to one lady who said that she had to transfer me to another department, when in fact she just put me back into the on-hold queue. After 1.5 hours my husband decided to call *********'s from his cell phone, while I continued to be on hold. *********'s took care of it within minutes and called me back to say that the appointment had been made with a local appliance repair person, he gave me the confirmation number and gave me the telephone number for the repair company to contact if I needed to reset the appointment. Thank you, ***...you made this a much better experience. You have been successful in this small community because you care about your customers. We are not only customers, we are your neighbors! You treat us like neighbors. "
