Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: They did not do the fence as I requested. They are sending me $50.00 to purchase new plants. Then they said the crew would come out to help me plant. Found out it was the same crew that destroyed my plants. I said I did not want to have them in my yard every. I wanted to talk to the General Manager but can't seem to get to him
Desired Settlement: Want either **** ****** the general manager to call or the owner Mr. ****
My understanding was that this was settled. There was an issue of our crew destroying her plants and she asked for $50.00 which we sent her a check for. At no time was I aware she wanted to talk to the general manager as he was well aware of this situation. The owner has been absent from the business for a few years due to health issues and I certainly would have told her that.
I have attached all of the correspondence we have regarding this complaint via emails that transpired.
We feel we have done the best we can to satisfy ****** Today we put a check in the mail for her for $200.00 as per her request. Check #*****

Consumer Response: I am rejecting this response because **** ****** was really rude when he came out to take another set of pictures. I do not know who *** ******* is but yes I did cash a check for 50.00 to replace my plants and a check for 200.00 because I have to find someone to do work since they could not come out until July 18th. That is a was unacceptable. I talked to my backyard neighbor this past weekend. She was not happy because they destroyed one of her rose plants. I am not happy with this company or never will be again. This money is going into my pocket.
