      The crew was absolutely terrific! From our salesperson **** being outstanding to work with and patient with us as we worked through installation timing, to ******* doing the pre-inspection review with thoroughness, honesty, and doing me a solid that he didn't have to do, to **** and **** being polite, efficient, and thorough in their installation and clean-up, and including **** as he chipped in to help solve some wire routing and duct sealing issues we had in our 35 year old HVAC system. Thank you all!

      We had a new **** unit installed by Sierra Pacific through ****** Wholesale in August 2019. We thought ******'s choice of service provider is reliable since ****** has a good customer service reputation. It turned out this is the worst choice we've ever made. Sierra Pacific is totally incompetent. Every single one of the people working there, from the boss to the workers. They gave us the wait for service every time the unit broke down and it broke down every **** months. We talking about a brand new unit that cost $17,000. Spoke to manager & boss there but they are all the same. They claim the broken part wasn't under warranty. The system hasn't work properly for any period of 8-months at a time from the installation to now. Every Summer, our whole family has to go through 10-days of heat in our home waiting for these despicable people at Sierra Pacific to come to rip us off again. Since the installation in August of 2019, we had to refill the refrigerant in the summer of 2020. We had to pay for the diagnostic a few hundred dollars. They replaced the fan motor last September that costed us $600 and now it's only April and it stopped working. I wonder if these idiots knows how to fix the **** system at all. I also wonder if they installed it incorrectly causing so must breakdowns. What a nightmare! We are forfeiting the whole fake warranty from Sierra Pacific, Lenox, and ****** find a new **** provider to fix the problem. That's $17,000 down the drain. Hope these devils rots in h*** from Sierra Pacific!!! Despicable people!!! Sure Karma is going to catch up with these devils!

      We installed a HVAC system with heat pump on Dec 7th. Cost us $17K. The system stopped working on Dec 14th. Called and talked to their rep who said "new installation will get back to me early the next morning". It's 32 degrees F outside overnight. Didn't hear back from them so I called and was told "new installation crew can't come out". Had to be a "Dick" to get same day service. Service person said "main power cable came loose". Easy fix.4 hours later the system stopped working at 6:30 PM. It'll be 32 degrees again tonight. I would give 0 star if I could. Very disappointed customer.*****

      I have grievance with this company about their billing practice! My elderly father owned a home in ******, **. and used Sierra Pacific's services. They kept his credit card on file. After he sold his home in ****************** was charging him for the new owners service. The first time an erroneous charge showed up last July on his credit statement, $295.00. I called SP and they recognized their error and it was resolved with a refund within a week. ** also said they would remove his card from the account as they had the new owners card on file as well. Now it is October and they have charged him again, $295.00. THIS IS FRAUDULENT! It is dishonest that they said they would remove my Dad's credit card and did not. I am especially distressed because I called on Oct. 6th to notify them of their 2nd error and they said they would correct it again and now it has been 12 days and no credit has been issued! Someone needs to step up and be accountable and refund my 83 year old father! I wonder how many other people are being charged through their faulty business practices?

      Sierra Pacific's representative (****** G) came on time to my home to check my need for solar. After he calculated my *****************, he cordially told ******** Son ***** who had come over and who had requested the visit) that I would save no money with solar. He explained the process, the payment methods and quoted a very costly price, and said, "If you just want solar, I'll be glad to schedule the work." Anyway, I chose not to install solar but rated the company 5 Stars based "first impression."

      It has been two weeks since the issue report. They have sent two different crews. They have seen the problem, have taken pictures of the damages, and they cannot take care of it because they are short of personal and the person in charge is on vacation... Meanwhile, I have damages to my property, getting worse with the days, and without a resolution at all.

      ******, by now you have received the information from my Manager that demonstrates that the roof leak is from a dormer vent that is on a completely different roof from where the solar is installed. Those photos have been provided to you as evidence that your solar system is sound and in good condition and there are no leaks related to the solar installation. I hope that our immediate response to figure out what had taken place is recognized as the integrity of our team here. We first respond with the intent to help. Then we figure out the root cause and take appropriate action.The dormer vent does not show obvious problems so we draw upon similar experience (over 37 years) to assess that the high volume of rain fall combined with the strong wind forced rain water through your dormer. We recommend you continue to monitor that location during rain fall.We hope that you will kindly revise your review to acknowledge the trustworthiness of the Sierra Pacific team to serve you and help you.Kind Regards,***** HansonPresident

      I had a mixed experience with Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort. The design specialist recommended the unit we purchased at the height of the first wave of the covid pandemic. I think he was ****** optimistic with regard to our July install date. At that point he must have been aware of the shortages caused by the pandemic, but it wasn't until 2 days before the install date that we were informed the unit was not available, with no availability in sight.However, when the unit finally became available, 2 months later, the office staff notified me and set an install date within the week. The installers arrived on time. They introduced themselves and proceeded to get to work. They were efficient, courteous and did a great job of cleaning up the work areas after both days of the install. The new unit, replaceing one that was close to 40 years old and threatening to quit any day, was worth the wait.

      Buyer Beware Our residential water heater (27 year old, 100 gal Commercial Grade unit) finally sprung a leak. We searched online for a contractor to replace it. Sierra Pacific Home were first to respond. Very friendly and were willing to come out ASAP to quote for a replacement. The sales rep viewed the site and did an immediate quotation (in consultation with **). Got my wife to sign it and requested a check, or otherwise a credit card for charges. Cost $4,850.00 installed (apparently an excellent price according to the sales rep). Installation was promised within 2 days. As no information on the actual water heater was included in the offer, the sales rep promised to supply this first thing in the morning..then nothing happened. No information and no contact. We had to chase up the sales ********** he promised immediate action.but still nothing came. Called the ** and asked for help. Asked to speak to the President but he was unavailable. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The only option we had was to use the 72hr cancellation clause, so we cancelled the contract as we had no idea of what they intended to supply to us. As soon as we had cancelled, the sales rep called back. All he wanted to do was to save the contract. It was all a terrible mistake. However once we got over the niceties he informed us that as we chose to cancel the contract the price would now go up to around $7,800.00. What a joke. They felt that as we were desperate to get our water heater replaced, we would sign any new contract to get it done.So we took the delay and got the water heater professionally exchanged. The cost for the full installation was $5,250.00 a much better deal than the $7,800 Sierra Pacific were trying to force us to pay.. BUYER BEWARE OF SIERRA PACIFIC HOME

      I really like the installers guys and they done great job but their customer service is not 5 star. I have to confirm my installation appointment by calling them instead they should have called me and confirmed it. Other than that its good. I used them because ****** had a deal.

      They installed a new **** years ago. I am on the maintenance schedule for which I pay a monthly fee. A month after my warranty expired the coil sprang a leak and I needed refrigerant. This year the same thing happened. I called in May/June for an appointment. ***** said they would call me July 5th to let me know what time they would be coming out. Finally got a call (not on July 5th) and was told they'd be out July 19th. This house is getting up to 82-83 degrees in the late afternoon. I have called and emailed them and if they don't come out by Wednesday I am going someplace else. I am supposed to have service priority because of the maintenance plan I pay for monthly. July 19th doesn't sound like priority service to me. So much for the "Men in the Big Red Trucks"! Not a happy camper.
