Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Company was scheduled to begin siding install Monday October 5th. However, no one showed up nor called. Voice messages were not returned. Company is unreachable today - all calls go to voicemail. We have to date paid a $1000 deposit when contract was signed 8/11/15 as well as a materials fee of 724.89 on 9/24/15.
Desired Settlement: I would like the business to follow up. At this point we may just demand a refund to get a reputable business to install the siding.

I'm following up on a call I placed to you Friday afternoon. We responded to our customer directly and provided him with a resolution. The job is now complete and he is extremely satisfied with our end product. We had asked him about removing the complaint and he said he has not heard from BBB and is not sure what next steps are. How can we close this complaint? You can verify all the information with Mr. ***** himself. Please advise....
