I have been a devoted customer of ********************************************* since their Grand opening. They used to care about their customers, they used to treat people like royalty. Now, the hosts do not even care or bother to introduce themselves, they play games withholding free play. They now say that your percentages are off (even after spending thousands of dollars) they add the free play you receive and the comps. YOU HAVE EARNED THE WEEKLY FREE PLAY AND COMPS by the amount that you spend. The machines are so tight that you are lucky that the wheels can turn. If you try to stop the machine for a bonus the video changes or disappears into thin air. They do not care about ANYONE. The only thing that they care about is taking your money as fast as they can. The expression they use is "they tighten their machines". OK, so if you "TIGHTEN" your machines, you are fixing your machines, which in turn means that you are rigging them not to pay. A few key words that come to mind is you CHEAT EVERYONE by TIGHTENING OR RIGGING THE MACHINES. I used to feel like I had a chance to recoup some of my money. Now, I feel I don't have a prayer in HE!! at this money pit. Not to mention they cannot take criticism because they think they are above all of us. Guess what, we are what made you Thunder Valley. Every time I step foot in their door people who frequent the casino often are all complaining about the tight a$$ slots, the fact they took the hand sanitizer out, the way they cater to some people, the way they let vagrants infest the place, the fact that ever since that monstrosity Venue was put in they are making sure that we pay for it through their tight machines. A business is only as good as it's management and if someone doesn't do something soon, Thunder Valley is going to lose many dedicated patrons, such as myself.

A 1 cuz no 0 or less than 0..this review is in regards to the many BBB complaints I just read. I know ALL about this tribe. Have spent time with daughter of thieving demoted chief *******..daughter ****** and majority of tribe kids are mental alcohol syndrome babies that been molested by their fathers and others. It's widespread entire tribe. Fact. They have huge entitlement dillusions, and are about nothing but money! Fact. The flippin chief s**** even stole tribe money! People! They are gross and disgusting, and their children are whores and play with their privates publicly, cuz that's what drunk indian Dad's teach them. Seriously, spit on them, *** them for your money back. I still have all the documents describing the icky behaviors, had to counsel and mentor the one's placed in the fostering homes to care for them. Outrageous, horrific, ugly, dirty, smelly, ********* drug addicts, and all this while having to pick up their monthly spending card, never less than $10,000 month!! Many live in ******* right in town. People! Spit on them, *** them hard! They are pigs, and smell it. Soooo gross.

I was at thunder valley casino. I went through the valet parking garage. The valet had backed my truck in the spot on preferred parking. When I went to leave I noticed that they had backed my truck into a big cement overflow. And it was obvious they had hit my truck. I took pics. The security took pics. I filed a claim form with them. They denied it. Then I turned it into my insurance. My insurance company called them to ask for there surveillance footage and pics they took, and thunder valley won't release them. They say I have to get the police to ask for it. This is not right. If they are saying they didn't do it. Then they shouldn't worry about releasing that footage or pics. They are hoping I just forget about it and write it off. Well I'm not going to they need to pay to fix my truck. They are scammers.

I've been going to thunder valley since the first opened.I ****** 2 to 4 days a week, spending a lot of money, yet I've never been comped a free room, nor have I ever been above their 3rd third-tier card.As a matter of fact, today april 9th 2022, I've been kicked down to the gold card, and I only received $30 FreePlay twice a week.I'm there so much, I've talk to other players, who happen to be Asian and white people, I've asked them about their player card status, free rooms, etcetera, and all of them have told me, they always get free room offers and free play that exceeds a hundred plus dollars.. even though they bet and spend way less than me.There's definitely a racist element to their marketing, and how certain races are treated unfair.I filed an official online complaint with thunder valley, but they never replied or reached out to me about my concerns.Being they're not regulated by anyone, I don't see anything changing anytime soon.

Terrible experience. Do not go to this place!! I was playing slots and was on my phone and sometimes I pace when I talk so I stood up for a moment. When I looked back up to grab my bag it was gone. I went to security/lost and found and they had my bag. They ransacked through it WITHOUT my PERMISSION. I asked if I could have my bag back and they called additional security asking me what were these pills they found in my bag. I'm laughing so hard inside and I tell them they are just my daily vitamins. They call security management and they said they don't care of they're my Vitamins and they will confiscate them. I need them because I have certain deficiencies and my doctor advised that I take them. They also DEMANDED that I must leave the casino and get off their property now. The Security chased me out the Casino and EMBARRASSED ME. One security card ***** dropped the * bomb on me several times. Then as I was peacefully waiting on my Uber ride outside in the car port area the Security supervisor ***** decides to come antagonize me and ask further questions. I told him his staff was very unprofessional and that ***** ****** at me and he said he didn't care. Then he said you know what get off the property now!! I told him I was waiting on my uber he said he didn't care and to get to stepping onto the actual STREET!! I'm a single young lady not from here mind you and he forced me into the street in the dark with oncoming traffic. Later my phone died and I had no way to get home I tried to come back to the casino for help and they screamed at me and started PUSHING me physically into the street saying stay the * away and get the * out of here!! I was treated like an animal. I'm also African American and felt discriminated upon and humiliated by the security staff. They committed invasion of privacy, battery and discrimination. I was forced to walk in the pitch dark alone in the street with oncoming traffic with a dead phone. I found a nice guy along the way that let me use his phone to call 911.i had to have emergency assistance over this!! I'm completely disgusted that they were willing to risk my LI*E over a small misunderstand. I will be following up with legal representation and obtaining justice and answers for this. This casino should be ashamed for hiring such an unprofessional, rude and heartless staff like this!!!

I got back from my trip not long ago where my girlfriend and I stayed at Thunder Valley Casino for a few days. While walking from my room to get bags from my car I saw a two hotel staff having sexual relations in a room they were "cleaning". I didn't get a great glimpse of both of them at that time but I did get good enough of a glimpse of the guy wearing a housekeeping uniform and I definitely saw the motions and heard the sounds. On my way back up, the guy was just leaving the room and I didn't see the girl. I did see his name tag well enough to see his first name as ******** I think it's it appalling to think that these rooms are potentially not clean from the hotel's own staff having *** in them! We paid a lot of money at this hotel and they should be ashamed of their employees and the service they provide. I will definitely not be going there again and I will be telling everyone to stay away from their hotel. Sanitation matters, especially in these times!

I have been playing at Thunder Valley since the day it has opened. I frequent Thunder Valley at least once or twice a week. I have held all levels of the player's cards, received comped meals and rooms. In all of the years I have played at Thunder Valley, I have never had a problem, until this morning. In fact, I stayed in one of the comped rooms last night with my daughter. Woke up this morning, got ready for work and went downstairs with my suitcase to leave for work. I remembered I had free play this morning so I thought I may as well play it before I leave. I wasn't at the slot machine 3 minutes before a young security girl walked up to me and told me I needed to open my suitcase (which happened to be another free gift from Thunder Valley). Her name was Caitlynn. I asked her why and she said it was protocol. I said no it isn't, she said I need to see what's in your suitcase. I said right here and she said yes. I told her that I have personal things in there and told her she could take it over in the corner and open it if she had too. She said I had to open it. You could tell she was really enjoying the humiliation and frustration in me. I asked why me, and told her to look around. I took my money out of the machine, humiliated beyond belief and opened my suitcase. One side of the suitcase was zipped closed and the exposed side was clothes and a couple extra waters. I asked her was she going to look she said no. I said she insisted seeing that I open my suitcase, now she wasn't even going to look in the unzipped part. What is wrong with her? It was clearly a harassment and controlling move. I said I'm leaving, I'm getting the h*** out of this place. She then started following me to the elevator. I was so embarrassed by this, like I was a criminal, and getting kicked out of Thunder Valley. I was so flustered, I forgot to cash in my ticket from the slot machine. She got in the elevator with me and followed me to my car. I was so upset and frankly angry and said a few cuss words to her. When I got to my car, my *************** was playing, I felt compelled to let her know that I was a ********** She then pulled down her mask and replied, " So, I am not, I am a bigot and a witch" and then smiled an big evil smile. She called 2 other security people for "back up". One in a golf cart and the other in a truck. I stopped when I was starting to go down the exit and signaled for the security guy in the golf cart to come over to my car. He did, I said, I just wanted you to see what type of person this security person was harassing. He simply shrugged and didn't reply with anything else. If he did, I couldn't hear, because the other security person in the truck was directly behind me blowing his horn. Never in my life have I ever experienced such public humiliation. I am a productive member of society, have never been in trouble in my life, I manage a successful plumbing business in **********, and own a home. There was no reason for this. I am writing this complaint and posting it wherever possible. This is to help ensure this does not happen to another elderly person.

Worst customer service ever! Everytime I come I think maybe someone just had a bad day but nope! They will do everything in their power to make you feel like nothing when you leave!! I hate this casino

Worst place on sheets And i was sick to sick to complain. Just needed to lay down. Soon as i was able i get up and go home. The following day they text me saying i had smoke and that they were going to have to charge me. And i told them i did not smoke but they bust out pictures. Im like what.i know I didnt smoke. But they had pictures. They must of made a mistake and wrote wrong room number down. I went the following day to talk to the manager i ask him if i font pay what will happen will it effect my players status, he said no the only thing that will happen is that i wont be allowed to stay. Im thinking ok better for me if i dont stay i wont have to spend as much as i do. I played a lot to get to president level. And i did not want my status messed with thats why i ask him what will happen. After that i came back two days later and spent over $7000 dollars the casino even gave me $200 free play because i lost that much. Then two days later i go to play my free play that I earned two hundred every week. But they dont let me inside tell me i had to pay them or im trespassing. And treat me like criminal. I ask them for this reason and they lied to me. I could of paid them win i lost $7000 but they told me the only thing that will happen is that i cant stay there. Now i lm not allowed after i gave them over $60 thousand dollars because they say i owe them $250. Instead of giving me the free play they could of took it. But they wasted my time make me drive all the way out their just to be treated like a criminal. They are the criminals. All that place does is take take take i think the games are rigged as well every time i raise my bet on keno the ******* hits every single number except for the ones I pick surrounds them on purpose like surrounds them misses him completely they are lower my bad didnt start hitting him those games are rigged. I never won anything from them and for them to take away what I earned for $250 is plan ****. I would like to know if the games are Rigged like that is there a way to find out. I did not smoke in the room. They must of took pictures of next door and wrote the wrong room number.

On June 9 my mom and got to thunder valley casino had our room we were told we can bring our emotional support dog shis a service dog the security guard wouldn't read the information on the card. Kicked us out my mom is 81 can't drive at night I'm disabled we have been going there for 10 years. the security guard supervisor on dudy 3 o'clock. Felt like criminal s very Angry never going back they don't care about ************** "
