BBB met with the company again on May 1, 2013, to discuss ongoing complaint issues.  During that meeting the company suggested consumers make contact with their business via email at quotes@usedcamerabuyer.com.  The company also stated that the typical time frame for reimbursement is 6-8 weeks.  There may be a longer process time if equipment arrives in a condition different than expected.  The condition of the product affects the amount of reimbursement issued to the customer.  The company will notify the customer by phone and certified letter if there is a change in payment amount.  If the company attempts to reach you for confirmation or change in payment and there is a delay in receiving your response or you do not respond, the time frame for processing will be extended.
