              Horrible customer **********************! after almost two months going back and forth with this company, they now just told me they lost my e ticket itinerary. After I showed them I uploaded it on their website documentation site, they STILL DENIED they have it. Now I am out of home on urgent family business, and I cannot access the files . WHAT ARE THEY DOING? All I can talk to are foriegn agents and no one is taking accountability!! This is horrible service. Can anyone help here??
