      I'm not clear of the day but Sept of *************************** my home and based off the review of the study, I have severe sleep apnea. My Provider sent over my medical records to West Home Health who obtain an Auth to be approved for a machine and supplies. My insurance will cover the charges up to 5 months and will pay off if I continue to use the machine. Unfortunately, the job I worked for was changed over to a new company, same insurance different plan based off the state of my insurance with Anthem BCBS of ** to IL. This policy took effect 11/1/2021 - 01/02/2022. West Home Health billed my insurance with the new plan but later denied for missing Auth/ Medical records.I later changed jobs in Jan of 2022 and had different health insurance that took effect in March, again my insurance (Aetna) needed Auth and Medical records that they never sent to them as well that is in effect 3/1/2022 - no term date.You are not to bill the Patient for any charges that deny from their insurance for missing Auth/Medical notes that you already have from the original Insurance that was on file. Since the time has past timely filing, they are making me responsible for the outstanding charge.I will like for West Home Health to reverse the collection w/o and accept they made the mistake for lack of collection follow up from their team to have the claim paid.Insurance listed below:Anthem Blue card (*******) eff 12/2014 - 10/31/2021 Anthem Blue card (********) eff 11/01/2021- 01/02/2022 Current- Aetna eff 03/01/2022 no term date I am responsible for Feb and March 2022 for no coverage but with their lack of follow up I should not pay a dime.....It is not my job to call the insurance and obtain an Auth and Medical records. I am now being sent to collections for there mess up.I will not send any EOB, id card unless you need them. West Home Health will have it.
