The following general information follows all reports involving firms offering professional services.
While the BBB does handle complaints involving a professional's billing practices, the BBB does not handle complaints involving the rate of billing nor the quality of services rendered by most professional services. Such complaints are routinely referred to professional boards which are more qualified to consider any such matters.
When choosing a provider of professional services, you may wish to consult friends or relatives for personal referrals, ask about educational and professional qualifications, and contact the appropriate state licensing organization.
