horrible company. i had 4 rooms done by this company spending ********* of dollars. my guest room was done poorly and i was blamed for not doing the backing as i had done in my two master closets. i was told my floors and walls weren't level, even though no house has perfectly level floors and walls and the rep was out several times and never mentioned the potential result prior to my signing on for *** worth of work. i signed up for a laundry room and this time paid extra for the backing as i had in the master closet. i asked for a call prior to arrival, and confirmed the night before. never got a call and i arrived at my house seeing large boards leaning against my new stainless steel appliances. there are huge gaps between the back and side walls and i can see light through (so much for paying to backing to eliminate) there is a large grey gash taken out of one of the cabinets and there is veneer taken of two of the shelving units as if something tore the cabinet away. i also told them i had a farm sink months before and the sink cabinet wasn't built for it. i am not stuck with a $*** sink that i cannot use and have to order a new sink. i showed the emails to prove this to management- they said they would come out and i am still waiting. if you saw the picture os the gashes and the huge crevice and side of the cabinet where you see raw wood you would wonder why the name "inspired or custom" is in the name
