            Date of purchase 7/23/2021 (some of the paperwork has 7/20/2021). Its a 2013 Jetta hybrid. Started having problems on around 4th day. Called them. Meanwhile my mother passed. I had been working on her death being investigated and contacted the dealership again because I was unavailable for over 3 weeks so the car has been stuck at the dealership near me. Over ***** dollars worth of damage after having car 4 days (I did call them on 4th dayand my phone automatically records every conversation). This is the breakdown and yes i do have the text from the dealership over here in my area that told me this and she said to return the car. The problems with the car are: JX1 Frive motor is needed, G85 steering rack, battery, 4 wheel alignment. This is over ****! These problems were obviously there and it also should not have passed the inspection. Its still sitting at the dealership close to me and I have been paying ***** With parts and labor (original text breaks down prices) is over *****!

            This is for there Hagerstown location. Hopefully anyone reading this will go to the next car on there search list or the next dealership and save yourself the stress and hardship I'm currently dealing with. I purchased a **** ***** ******* for my FAMILY from them on June 10th. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM, WORST CAR BUYING EXPIERENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Tracey our saleswomen was great but Mansoor the manager doesn't care if he sells you a family car with safety issues like tie rod and shocks needing to be replaced. Here is a list of current issues I'm dealing with that I'll have to pay to fix without even making my first payment yet. Back passenger tire wouldn't hold air, had leak. Oh they were nice enough to replace it with a very used tire LOL after they told me they had ordered a new one. Additionally, I had to bring the car in and drop off due to a vibration and clunking noise I noticed. They took it to a local shop up the street who probably didn't even test drive it and stated it was fine. We'll I got a second opinion since I don't TRUST this dealership and as you can see below I'm now out another $**** and haven't even made my first payment on the vehicle. Needs inner tie rod $*** New rear shocks $*** Thanks again Mansoor for selling my family a car that isn't safe to drive without $**** worth of work. I will never buy from this place again.
